Our document depository and e-repository is the ultimate in convenience, accessibility
and dependability.
Deposition Reporting
MOA Deposition Reporters boasts some of the finest and most client-oriented
reporters you will ever encounter. Our reporters are always professional, competent
and personable.
Depositions and Exhibits E-Repository
MOA provides an online deposition and exhibit repository for you. You have access
to your transcripts 24/7, 365 days a year, wherever you are. We utilize E-Transcript
by Reallegal as well as ASCII format. You also have access to your deposition schedule
online. Our website and a user name and password is all you need to know what’s on
calendar, what depositions are upcoming or the status of your invoices. If you want
to be paperless, you can be with MOA. It’s your choice. All this at no extra charge.
Document Depository
Since 2003, MOA has managed the documents for hundreds of cases, mostly construction
defect cases, where Case Management Orders have ordered that a document depository be
established. We have managed and housed enormous amounts of paper. All documents are
digitally cataloged, and the contents of our document depository are available in
real time from our website. We have learned what "works" and how to organize things
in an intuitive, and informative way. However, we view our depository as a dynamic
“work in progress.” It gets better every day, and we have long ago grown to be the
preferred depository in the north state.
In our document depository we maintain your critical documents as well as digital
data and provide a web-based index of those documents and pleadings as well as a
schedule of depositions and meetings.
E-Repository
We are pleased to announce our new online document repository. All documents within
our document depository are now available from your web browser if you are a
subscriber. No more traveling to the document depository to see what a deposit
consists of. Subscribers will have access 24/7/365, full text searchability, the
ability to export to PDF from the web and OCR. You can download your documents or
request MOA to create an electronically-browsable CD/DVD of an entire case.
Scanning/OCR/Customized CD or DVDs with searchable viewers/Bates Numbering
MOA has expanded its scanning and OCR departments to not only meet the needs of our
depository customers, but also the needs of the public. We appreciate your referrals.
"MOA has a friendly professional staff which makes my job easier. Their
facilities are perfect for handling complex construction defect matters and
the large number of parties that come along with them, there is never a
shortage of space. MOA is by far the best option for a court reporting
firm/depository in the Sacramento area."
